CPREEC EIACP PC-RP, The valedictory function of the GSDP Certificate Course on
“Micro-Entrepreneur NTFP (Non Timber Forest Produce): Plant Origin – Bamboo Crafts”
was held on 04, March 2025 at the Auditorium of Tagore Government College of Education (TGCE),
Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), Andaman & Nicobar Islands. All the trainees were registered
with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSME - UDYAM registration.

Dr. S. Dinesh Kannan, IFS, CCF (WL, R&WP), Department of Environment and Forest,
A&N Administration was the Chief Guest. He distributed the Course Completion Certificate
and UDYAM Registration Certificate to all the trainees. Shri. Avinash Kumar Singh,
Superintending Engineer SVPMC, Sri Vijaya Puram, facilitated the function and
Dr. P. Sudhakar, Director and EIACP Coordinator, CPREEC, Chennai presided over the function.

Millet Exhibition - Video Youtube Link

  Exhibition on Millet was held from February 28 to March 01, 2024. Organised by CPREEC EIACP PC-RP, Chennai. 3 days' exhibition on millet started on 28th February, 2024. Colourful Panels on millet were displayed explaining their health benefits and uses.  on the 2nd day Cooking competition took place, recipes cooked with millet are presented by the participants and judged by the team of judges. 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize winners were awarded with a cash prize & all other participants were given gift as a token of appreciation.  Pamphlet on millet and Mission LiFE posters are distributed to all the visitors.  Selfi booth with pledge on Mission LiFE is kept and students took photographs.  This programme is supported by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Govt. of India.
